How To Move from GroupWise to Outlook

I am facing problems accessing data of GroupWise mailboxes which are as follows:

I Can’t access archived messages
I am getting wrong date/time appears in messages
I cant get status for Sent Messages
Sometime message is not delivered

Now I am looking to shift into another mail server. One my friend suggested me to adopt Outlook. It is cheap and very easy to use .

So Guys I want to know your experience using Outlook. Is is worth shifting in to Outlook and also suggest me the best way to how to shift from GroupWise to Outlook
