How to remotely merge reg files

Working on an NT4 server and WS. I need to merge some reg entries onto about 300 PC’s remotely from my workstation. I have local admin rights on all WS but no domain admin. rights. Can I do this remotely with the rights I have and without any special software to be purchased. If so how.
