How to restore Standby function in XP?

After creating a Hibernate button shortcut on desktop Standby stopped working. I tried to reverse the process unsuccessfully. Probably didn’t do it in the right way.
Please give me suggestions to restore Standby.

Method used to create Hibernate shortcut: right click Desktop–>New–>Shortcut –>
“%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll, SetSuspendState 0,1,0”
