How to sell source code?

I work in a software company. Our company independently developed various programs. At the moment, our company intends to sell the source code of Network Monitor System and GPS/GPRS Vehicles Intelligence Management System. I look for many websites. There are lots for buying software products, but no for source code. So please help me. Could someone give me some good advises? Thank you!
