How to send alert emails at a specific time

I need help with a problem that I am stuck with. Here’s whats happening;
-I get an email on my email address email@abc.com
-I want this email to be forwarded to my another email address email@xyz.com ( I can do this, set an auto forwarder,both these email accounts are configured on the same outlook)
-Now I want that this email is auto forwarded to a Distribution list, test@xyz.com from my email@xyz.com address after 14 hours of it being received.

How is this possible with the least amount of steps? Appreciate the help!
