how to stop network file sharing without stoping the printer sharing?

we all know that Microsoft file and printer sharing in any network is using one port. for ducumention security,I want to stop only the file sharing in my network without stopping the printer sharing through one’s PC. in another word, no file sharing allowed from one’s PC but allow printer sharing from one’s PC. Could anyone helps me by sending an EMail to save my network IP scopes.
