how to synchronize data between outlook and android phone without using GMa

I am concerned about information privacy and am looking for a good way to synchronize my Outlook data (contacts, calendar, email, etc.) with my Android phone (Motorola Milestone with Android 2.1) without having to first upload all the wanted data to my online GMail account.
