how to use internet on mobiles via bluetooth from Laptop?

how can i connect my bluetooth enabled cellphone like nokia’s X3 tp my laptop to use internet enabled on ma laptop via WLAN through a router , basically i want to use that internet of my laptop via bluetooth on ma X3 nokia’s bluetooth enabled set. Thanks.
