HP Jordana Norton System Works Conflict

Since I installed Norton system works onto my desktop I have been unable to synchronise between desktop and palm PC.

Discovered the problem was System Works had removed the partnership between devices, anyone know of a fix for this as reinstalling Windows CE on the desktop does not resolve the situation
