HP OfficeJet 600 printer

I have an OfficeJet 600 printer and now I am getting a blank spot from the top of the page to the bottom on one side of the paper that I am faxing, copies, or printing. Can anyone help with a remedy? I don’t know if it is the cartridge, or somethingelse.
