HP Printer Freeze

I have an HP Officejet Pro L7500. A document is stuck in the print queue. It has not printed and I cannot cancel or delete it. I have tried turning the printer on and off and also the computer. Deleting all documents has deleted all subsequent documents but not this problem one. What do I do to clear this document?
