HP Touchpad WebOS 3.0.4 – Preware Add Download Link Option?

I have downloaded and installed Preware on my HP Touchpad. But, I don’t see the Add Download Link option. Is it not compatible with WebOS 3.0.4?

Any suggestions on why it doesn’t appear in the applications list?
