HP8000DN

I have a HP8000DN on a WinNT SBS4.5 server as a network printer. During frequent power outages we experience the printer shuts-off and comes back on. The server does not switch off as it is supplied through a UPS.

Whenever the printer does that all jobs in the queue fail to print, the queue keeps lengthening and the printer is seen from the server but no printing is done until the server is rebooted.

Any suggestions on how to get the print jobs done without powering down the server?
