HPIZ311 Popup

Hi,

I am having trouble with my PC. Every time I open either Internet Explorer, My Computer, My Documents or other similar application, a small box pops up. Its title it ‘HPIZ311’ and it says ‘Please Wait While Windows Configue HPIZ311.’ If I don’t hit cancel before it loads, another box pops up that says ‘Internal Error 2908.’ I have to click OK about twenty times before it goes away, but it is so frustrating. Does anybody know what the problem is, or if I am asking in the wrong place, could you point me in the right direction?
