HTC Sensation XL or iPhone 4?

I’m wanting to buy a new smartphone but am stuck between the new iPhone of the HTC Sensation XL which my friend has and i love it! I’ve a bit of a dilemna also as I have a vestalife docking station which is made to be compatible with iphones/ipods… what would you guys recommend?!
