HTML Won’t Print on HP LJ 6L Running Win

I have a user on a Pentium III machine running WinNT 4.0 (SP 6) who is able to print from any application excpet IE5. She also cannot print HTML files from ANY application. All other type of files print. I am using the same driver that works for other users under this configuration. I’ve tried recreating the link to the printer (add printer) and reinstalling the driver. My next step is to reinstall IE5. Any other suggestions?
