hurl.exe

While looking for photo software my computer picked up a file called “hurl.exe” which now sits in my PC. Attempting to delete it, the conmputer pauses then gives this message: “Cannot delete hurl.exe. It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using it and try again”.

I found on another tech site a suggestion of starting the PC in Safe mode and deleting it but that didn’t work. I have also tried Spybot S & D without success. Changing the programs read-only, archive etc settings doesn’t work. It won’t move.

I have Win XP Home. Can anys suggest a result?
