Hyperlinks in Excel 2003

(I posted this question also under Discussions but I realized this may be the better spot for it)

Since Excel 2003 I receive a very annoying warning when I try to follow a hyperlink from my workbook to another Excel file: “Hyperlinks can be harmfull to your computer and data. …”
Both source and target are located on my local disk! How do I turn off that warning?
