i am not Unable to decrypt files On Windows XP

Dear friends
In my office one of our system crashed .We Tried to repair windows but we could not find repair option .then we delete windows folder and continue installation After installation we could not open some files that was encrypted. How can i recover my files Please Help me i am seeking yours advice. Thank You
