I am unable to print from Outlook to my HP OfficeJet J4680 Printer

I have been through the “Help” section of the HP printer. I have tried to reinstall the printer. I have reiistalled the printer driver.I have tried to select a different port (to no avail). I still have the same problem…..when I try to print from outlook, I can only print off the highlighted sections of the email and the signature section, none of the rest. This just seems to have happened overnight and I am not very computer savvy, like the rest of you! Please help if you can.
