I cannot connect to any network on my laptop

My laptop cannot find any network connection. Investigations I did using the device manager indicated that all my network adapters do not work properly as they all cannot load their corresponding drivers (code 31 error). I Local area connection and wireless connections
I cannot connect to internet to even talk about seeking direct assistance.
