I can’t figure out what is wrong

by jdelgado . Updated 21 years, 2 months ago

So recently a computer has began spitting out errors after a user logs into Windows. The error is something along the line of:

“The system has recovered from a serious error”
and the error signature is:

BCCode:10000008e BCP1:C0000005 BCP2: 004E97F2 BCP3: F6B4F18 BCP4: 00000000 Os_ver: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0 Product 256_1

On top of it all, the computer is randomly shutting down. My solution would be to just reformat with a fresh windows install, but i would like to leave that as a last resort effort if possible.

Also,I can’t run windows update. Evrytime it tries to even look for updates i get error #: 0x8007043C.

I think thats about all i have come up with now, not sure what other errors are occuring. Thanks for any suggestion.

Best Regards,
Jose
