I can’t open Excel nor Word.

After installing The Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote), on my mini-hp., for the first few tries Excel and Word would open OK. Now, each time I want to open Excel or Word, a Click-to-Run dialog box is open: ”Click-2-run configuration failure” I click OK or Close and still can’t open Excel nor Word. Any ideas please?
