i cant recieve gmail emal through outlook express

i setup my outlook express to recieve gmail , it works recieving/sending using pop while my pc connects to ISP using dial-up.however, i can’t send and recieve mails to outlook express in my office which i have internet connection through LAN
anyone can help me to solv this
