i cant save my file in my documents?

i have made a resume in resume maker professional ultimat and I would like to save it to my documents but everytime i try it does not show up in the my documents folder, it will for some reason only show up in the program r.m.p.u. when saved… please help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on this matter. thank you
