I have a Cisco c2950T-24, Console port quit, but telnet still works.

Cisco C2950T-24 switch. I’m using this in my lab for my CCNA/CCNP certs, I’ve had the switch for about a year when the console port stopped working, after it gets booted up I can still telnet in just fine but can’t figure out how to do any diagnostics on it. I’ve swapped the cable around so it’s narrowed down to the port being the issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
