I MAC versus Windows

Good Morning to you all

I have a problem I can seem to get an answer on so can any out there assist me please.

Currently I run Windows 7 on Sony Computers which I find o.k. with no problems but people keep on trying to get me on to Apple Mac Note books

My problem is that with already 6 or 7 Windows Computers I wonder if I can copy what I have on Windows on to an Apple Mac such programmes as letters, e mails, address books & label files Dymo,i.e take home work from the office PC’s and load the days work on to my Apple.

I would be obliged for any help from you guys out there
