I need a reliable NT hardware/software d

I am working in an environment of mostly NT (about 95%) computers (Mostly HP Vectras..different models) and I’m looking for a diagnostic Utility that will help me troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
Any ideas? please send info about the utility and how to get it.
