I need help to easier to learn CBT’s than i have now

im an intern for small I.T firm and my first task to do is learn Web design in Macromedia Products , but im learning from an old CBT which makes it double hard to get the steps and process of building a website into form of MX 2004 and the CBT is showing Dreamweaver in mid 2000 year. anyone know of good totorial sites with the lastest web technologies and more . Your Help and Experience would greatly help me
