I Worm.Roach.a

Just found out that my PC is infected with the I Worm. I tried to replace the infected file–Kernel32.dll–but I keep getting a message that the file is used by WINDOWS and therefore can’t be deleted or updated.

I’d like to know how does WINDOWS 98 use this file and how can I get rid of this worm.
