IE installation w/o internet

I would like to know can we install Internet Explorer on the windows XP ( that was already installed) without connecting to internet. Because whenever I was trying to install Internet Explorer it is looking for Windows updates, since I was connected to internet through dial up, I would like to know the way to install the Internet Explorer of any version without connecting to Internet.
