IE not displaying pictures

Has anyone else run accross the problem of no pictures being displayed when you visit any website as a speciffic user? I have checked to make sure that it occures only on this person’s profile, if I use the administrator account I don’t have the problem and I don’t what to rebuild the users profile yet. I know that it is specific to a profile and to IE. Does anyone have a corrective messure or procedure that has been successfull.
