IE problem – Please Help!!

Hi All,

I am having a problem on a customers PC. The Pc refuses to print through Internet Explorer, however will print with no problems through any other app including outlook express. My first thought was reinstalling IE as I have had this problem in the past and this has solved it but this time there is no difference. I upgraded it from IE6 to IE7. I have scoured the web looking for answers but to no avail. There is also an error in that if I try to go to tools> Internet Options through IE I get an error that says I need to be an administrator to get access, however the user is the administrator and I can access it fine through control panel.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
