IE stops handling Scripts?

Ive had this problem occur on three workstations now,

For some reason IE stops handling any type of scripts,

Webpages that used to load normally will now be missing anything coded with javascript.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens? And what is the best rememdy for it? Reinstalling IE does not seem to work…
