IE: THIS PROGRAM IS NOT RESPONDING

Hi Guys.

Would someone please help me resolve an issue I am having with Internet Explorer?

I am only able to successfully use Internet Explorer after I have experienced an initial “This program is not responding” error resulting in the need to close it/report the error and try again. Again, I am usually successful at opening it/using it on the second try.

I look forward to a response at some point in the near future.
