IE Won’t Display Logon Dialog

I have a machine that when I go to http://thgsales.holmeshq.com it will not display the logon dialog. All I get is a page that says it might be a DNS or server error. It is not. DNS works fine and I actually get packets back from the server–the same packets I get pack when I try it from any other machine. What gives here? Anyone know?
