That’s the top and bottom line folks!
I’ve now been to three Solicitors and they’ve all said the same thing to me:
“Sorry, but if you are incapacitated for any reason, by Law we cannot issue any notice whatsoever that you are forthwith incapable of any form of communication and that is that!”
So, if I finally lose my marbles ~I’ve already begun dropping big fluffy things, like Kitchen Roll and Bedding~ so I reckon it’s only a matter of time before I can’t remember who I am or why I’m in existence, [b]BY LAW[/b] I’m not entitled to someone else sending out an email to say (in the very least) that I have become incapacitated.
That sucks.
There [u]HAS[/u] to be another way around this – although I’ve already been warned that:
‘[i]any such act could lead to prosecution on the grounds of misrepresentation[/i]’.
