If you script it they will come

I have a user that goes back and forth between his network here in the office and his network at home. When he does he has to chagnge his IP address as well as his Default Gateway on his Windows 2000 Laptop. Is there a way that I can script this change so that he would only have to double click a batch file? Before you answer with somehing I didn’t ask… DHCP is not an option, Third party solutions need to be free, and need to ONLY change these two settings, not edit the stack not do some automagic just change two IP settings. Now you know why I prefer a script, or better up some sort of network profile built into Windows 2000. (hardware profiles don’t work unless he had two nics, and he doesn’t)
