IIS 4 Reference and Study Aid

Forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong area but I am still learning my way around. I need an all encompassing, diffinative reference (and study material) for IIS 4. We are a small company with a computer ready to be our IIS server and am trying to figure out how to setup up IIS 4. I visited a well known book selling site and was reading reviews that readers had written but it seems that there is “not a single book that could be a diffinative reference” (and study material). That is a quote used by more than just a couple of readers. Please help!
