IIS/FrontPage, email a form

I’m setting up a survey on an NT IIS server usong MS FrontPage 98. I want the user to be able to fill in the form and email to the recipient I choose. When I add the email address in the Form Properties I get the meaasage that ‘Server Extensions notconfigured to send E-mail’ I looked at the SERK but don’t understand the explanation. Can someone tell me in plain english how to config for this to work?
