IIS gets Event 4104 and crashes

On our NT 4.0 SP5 server, IIS has started getting an EVENT ID 4104, Source – Transaction Server, Category – Context Wrapper. There is also a Pop-up window with InetInfo.exe – application error – The instruction at “0x77f64721” referenced memory at “0x1b7c94fe”. The memory could not be “written”. Can anyone help please?
