Image recognition

Dear TechRepublicPeople,

My project group has to make a proposal to a company and our idea is to make a software that recognizes faulty images that are being placed. The owner now checks every single offer (second-hand clothing) manually, but we want to automatize this process. Do you know a software that is used for the same purpose? The software should be able to check whether an offer for shoes actually accompanies a picture of shoes. It should also check the quality of the image for example. You would help me a lot!
