I am having an issue with a user having images not appear in her emails. There isn’t a red “X” in the box. There is simply a gray outline of a box where the picture should be.
There isn’t any information prompt line at the top of the emals warning the user that the images have been blocked. The sender is another user inside the company so he/she is a approved sender. We have also unchecked the “Don’t download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items” check box in the Turst Center. Still not working.
Does anyone have any solutions for this?
