Import Access record in mulitiple Excel

I have 50-100 lines of data records in Access. I need to fill in a form in Excel with one record from my Access database. It is basically a report but instead of creating it in Access I need to put it in Excel. I am sure this is a simple excercise that I can’t figure out.
