Import number w/2 implied decimal places

I am trying to import a text file into Access. The file contains fixed width fields. One of the fields contains a number value with 2 implied decimal places (the decimal is not physically in the field). How do I specify this field in Access so that I end up with a numeric field with 2 decimal positions?
