Import\Export issue in Outlook 2007

Hi Guys

i am trying to import contacts from an excel csv file into a colleagues outlook 2007 mailbox. but during the import process after i browse to the csv file saved on the desktop the next button is greyed out. i have repaired the outlook installation, Created a new local outlook profile on the laptop and ensured that all the import\export options have been installed and tried the import on a different pc. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
