Importing a user list into Netrware

Here’s the senario:

I have a text file with approx. 900 names and passwords, I’d like to import them into Netware 4. Is there a way I can create a template of a user that has the “Create Home Directory” boxed checked, then force this list through it, thereby creating each individual user with a Home directory. I also have available to me Netware 5.1, just not set up yet.
