Inbound Nat Routing

I have a W2k3 Ent Server gateway setup, I use routing to map inbound ports on one server to others inside the net and all works fine. Now trying to add an additional inbound gateway server, I installed RAS with NAT, mapped ports and all looks good. But inbound request show up in the mapping but I never make it to system. Two NIC’s one Public (with public IP), the other Private inside net. Any thoughts
