Inspiron M5010 4 beeps

I have a dell Inspiron M5010 laptop with Win 7 Home Premium. When I start it I get 4 beeps with a blank screen which repeats after a few seconds. I had it apart because of a hard drive problem. I suspect something is not seated properly.
