Install 2 OS on same PC?

How would I install 2 operating systems on the same PC? For example if I wanted Windows 98 and Windows 2000 on my PC at the same time, how would I do that?

Is it done by partitioning, FDISK, or something else?

Right now i’m running FAT32

Any help?
